2000	Elves & More is founded by David Moore as a Christmas-time gift-giving initiative for children in need.
2001	We realize that the most valued gift is a bicycle.
2004	We officially become a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
2006	The inaugural Bicycle Ball is held.
2007	Our focus shifts from gift-giving to awarding bicycles for academic achievement as we begin working directly with School Districts in the greater Houston area.
2009	In this milestone year we award our 100,000th bicycle.
2010	We sharpen our focus and improve our effectiveness by targeting literacy in K – 3rd grade.
2015	CYCLE is born. We expand upon our mission, reach, and goals after seeing some inspiring results. CYCLE clearly focuses on children, education, and literacy and resonates with the communities in need and those who serve them. 150,000 bicycles to date are awarded to deserving students throughout the greater Houston community.
